Global leader Cenegenics® Medical Institute grows its New York Center and reaches out to the metro area with a renowned, proactive medicine focus

Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) November 29 , 2011— Wall Street executives, professionals and others in the New York metropolitan area are learning how to optimize their health to combat the effects of stress, thanks to Cenegenics’ proactive medical approach and their new physician partnerships in Manhattan, announced Cenegenics® Medical Institute. Cenegenics New York City—with physician partners cardiologist George Shapiro, MD, FACC and vascular surgeon/cancer specialist Joseph E. Bosiljevac, Jr., MD, PhD, FACS, RVT, RPVI—also serves Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Satellite offices are being planned throughout the metro area for patient convenience and to meet the demand for healthy aging solutions.

Shapiro first came to Cenegenics as a patient back in 2005. Similar to his Wall Street patients, he had all the classic signs of a hectic 21st century lifestyle: increased body fat, reduced muscle tone, low energy, fatigued, aching muscles and loss of a youthful edge and confidence. Cenegenics changed all that and led him to a new medical career.

“With the Cenegenics program, my body became better than it was at 20. And my body fat dropped from 31% to 16%. The program made a big change in me physically and mentally. That’s the type of change we’re offering at Cenegenics New York with the premier medical approach in age management medicine,” Shapiro said.

Wall Street has a growing number of younger people—traders in their mid-30s—who are under stress and experiencing dwindling health. According to both Shapiro and Bosiljevac, Cenegenics is guiding them on how to turn that around and stay on top of their game as the years move on.

An integral part of the Cenegenics program is a renewed physician-patient relationship—something Bosiljevac greatly appreciates. In 2008, he joined Cenegenics after becoming disenchanted with conventional medicine, which he believes has developed into a healthcare industry based on how to make more money rather than tend to a patient’s needs.

“Cenegenics New York City is here because of our patients, who are our number one focus. It’s an absolute joy to take care of them. Since age management medicine is practiced outside the insurance industry, we can spend as much time as we want with a patient, making medical decisions without interference from an uninformed associate at an insurance company who attempts to second-guess a physician’s treatment plan,” Bosiljevac said.

Currently, the Cenegenics New York City center is located at 40 Wall Street/28th floor in the Trump Building—but is moving in March 2012 to a dedicated space at 44 Wall Street to better accommodate their growth. The center’s upscale suite offers physician offices, a nutrition-exercise counselor office, an exam room equipped with sophisticated diagnostics and a private VIP room where a patient can relax throughout his/her seven-hour evaluation day. The center may be reached at 646.512.5702.
